AASJ has a specific shed within its structures to provide machining services, supported by a 10-ton rolling bridge with the following equipment:
- Vertical lathes;
- Universal milling machine;
- Boring machine;
- Radial drill;
- Band saw.
Measuring equipment duly calibrated by companies accredited by RBC (Rede Brasileira de Calibração) and INMETRO.
Below is some equipment for the Oil & Gas industry that we manufacture in our machining shop:
- Target and Studded blocks as per API 6A standard;
- Flanges of special dimensions according to ANSI, DIN, JIS and API standards;
- Weco fittings;
- Adaptation crossovers flangers and Hammer union;
- Nozzles for fire and refrigeration systems;
- Clamps of various models;
- Flanges adaptation crossovers.
